Our Story

UConnect Coordination was founded by two childhood best friends who shared a simple vision—to make the NDIS easier to understand and ensure people living with disability always have someone genuinely in their corner.

After years of working within the disability sector, we saw too many participants and families feeling overwhelmed, unheard, and unsure where to turn. We knew there had to be a better way. So, we took a leap of faith and created UConnect Coordination.

Built on trust, compassion, and lived experience within regional and remote communities, our mission is to empower participants to make informed decisions and connect them with supports that truly align with their goals, values, and lifestyle.

Our approach is simple:

We believe support coordination should be personal, transparent, and centred around the participant—not the provider. Every person deserves choice, control, and a coordinator who will advocate for them every step of the way.

Today, UConnect Coordination proudly supports participants across the Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia. As we've grown, so has our passionate team, but our purpose has remained the same: to build meaningful relationships, strengthen communities, and help people live the life they choose.
